Meet Pip the Squirrel
Pip is full of curiosity and always has something to say — especially when it’s for someone she loves. When she wanted to write a letter to her Granny, Andrew crafted her very first pen, and that’s when the stories truly began.
Pip is small, quick, and bright-eyed, always noticing things others might miss. She collects acorns, explores winding woodland paths, and asks thoughtful questions about how the world works. Though she can chatter excitedly when an idea strikes her, she also has a reflective side, especially when thinking about those she cares for.
Writing her first letter was not just about sending words across the woodland. Granny lives beyond the far hedgerows and rolling hills — a little too far for daily visits, but close enough to remain in Pip’s heart. The distance made Pip realise that some feelings need more than spoken words. They need to be written down, carefully and bravely.
Kind-hearted and determined, Pip often finds herself at the centre of woodland adventures. She sometimes hesitates at first, unsure whether she can do something new, but once she begins, she rarely gives up. Her determination grows quietly, one step at a time.
Pip reminds us that small paws can carry big ideas. A single letter can travel far. And even the smallest voice can make a difference when it is shared with care.
Her first adventure begins in Pip’s Letter to Granny — where courage is found not in grand gestures, but in the simple act of putting pen to paper.
